| Key Skills : |
- Sales experience of at least 2-3 years in the retail banking industry would be an advantage
- Energetic, self confident, persuasive and mature with strong urge to succeed
- Must have a strong drive and attitude to generate new business
- Experience in handling deposit products would be an advantage but not a prerequisite
- Self- motivated team player with initiative, assertiveness as well as the ability and willingness to keep pace with the environment through self development
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel when required

| Key Role & Responsibilities: |
- To aggressively acquire, grow and deepen SME top-tier, non-borrowing customers
- Organize and conduct sales presentations to groups, associations, companies and other organizations
- Relationship management of existing top-tier customers in accordance with ABN AMRO’s standards
- To increase the product holding ratio. Cross-sell to single product holding portfolio
- Actively participate in Business Banking marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition
- To actively allocate clients portfolio in accordance to their needs in transactional, investment and forex
- To ensure aggressive sales targets for all relevant products is met, in addition to meeting client service quality standard levels set by the bank
