- At least Diploma preferably in the area of Finance, Economics and Business Administration or its equivalent

- Minimum 2 year working experience preferably in Banking

- Self motivated and committed with strong desire to achieve goals and targets
- Energetic, confident, persuasive, mature with strong drive and attitude to generate new business
- Experience in handling trade products would be an advantage but not a prerequisite as training will be provided
- Self- motivated team player with initiative, assertiveness as well as the ability and willingness to keep pace with the environment through self development
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel when required

| Key Role & Responsibilities: |
- Meeting sales and revenue targets to establish ABN AMRO as a leading SME bank
- To understand SME needs and to structure the appropriate Credit Facilities for them
- Relationship management of existing top-tier customers in accordance with ABN AMRO’s standards
- Maximise growth and profit through effective cross-sell and up-sell in order to deliver higher revenue for ABN AMRO Business Banking
- Achieve excellent customer service measured by customer satisfaction and feedback all times
