HR Advisor

• Bsc. In Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any related field

• Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience preferably in Human Resource

• Well versed with the latest and prevailing HR practices and legislation
• Proactive, resourceful, analytical and results oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill to interact well with people at all levels
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skill
• Independent & Self-driven

• Develop and implement policies, procedures and practices to improve the operational efficiencies of HR in the organization
• The incumbent will primarily manage the training, talent management and industrial relation functions in the organization Exposure in other HR functions eg. organization development, etc will be added advantage
• Maintain awareness of all relevant legislation to ensure the bank and individual are compliance with statutory rules and regulations for employment and industry
• Planning, coordinating and administering staff engagement/ communication activities including employee induction programmes aimed at cascading the Bank's vision and mission
• Assist in operational/ administrative activities and ad-hoc initiatives relating to the implementation of HR policies and practices
