| Key Role & Responsibilities: |
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and practices to improve the operational efficiencies of HR in the organization
- The incumbent will primarily manage the training, talent management and industrial relation functions in the organization Exposure in other HR functions eg. organization development, etc will be added advantage
- Maintain awareness of all relevant legislation to ensure the bank and individual are compliance with statutory rules and regulations for employment and industry
- Planning, coordinating and administering staff engagement/ communication activities including employee induction programmes aimed at cascading the Bank's vision and mission
- Assist in operational/ administrative activities and ad-hoc initiatives relating to the implementation of HR policies and practices
