| Education : |
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in banking or related discipline

| Experience : |
- 3-5 years' work experience in Cash and Remittance / Trade operations
|

| Key Skills : |
- Sound knowledge of Cash management & trade products, local & foreign payments systems and other products
- Knowledge of ECM and other related regulations
- A team player with good problem solving skills
- Maintain the core values of the organization by practicing Professionalism, Team work, Integrity and Respect in the service rendered
- Ensure consistent delivery of high quality services to customers through meeting or exceeding customer expectation guided by Service Level Agreement in efficiency/ accuracy standards
- Experience in managing teams will be an added advantage

| Key Role & Responsibilities: |
- You will be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with all operational rules & regulations. Interact with Business Partners in meeting the productivity standards in processing efficiency and accuracy of output. You will also be responsible for performing operational workflow reviews in mitigating operational risk. Other duties include implementation and execution of new products and operations related projects
